5. Rose Quartz and Serenity

Pantone, the color institute, has for the first time picked two colors for 2016, a pale pink called Rose Quartz and a pale blue called Serenity. In this time of turmoil and stress, Pantone opted for colors that promote a sense of well being and calm. Accessories are a way to introduce these new colors into your wardrobe if you feel they are not in your color palette. The Pantone website has further ideas for coordinating these two colors with other colors.
